The internet is getting more and more popular everyday. With the popularity of the internet rising having a website for businesses is almost a must. Which is where you come in to find the businesses and build them websites for money. You do not need to know serious coding or programming, well maybe just a little and the basics. Anyways i know people that make a living doing this, earning around $5 k – $7k Thousand dollars a month by creating only a few simple websites for businesses or people.
Now you should that this job is for serious people because you will be dealing with businesses that have the money and will be paying you to work creating and making websites. If you design websites for business, you shouldn’t really worry much about making little money becauses serious businesses have serious money that they can spend on a website.
The most challenging part of this job is acctually finding the companies and businesses that need a website done. Just think about this, first you need to find a business that does not already have a website, Is in need of a website and is willing to pay you. I would really avoid diffucult websites unless you know what your doing. So i can teach you a few ways to find and contact those businesses.
What you can do is start walking around your neighborhood and start talking to the boss or manager of the businesses in your area or as far as your willing to travel around. Another way is getting the big yellow book and start looking through all of those pages, which is also known as yellow pages. It has every business listed in your state and area so you will have a lot of work and potentiol clients to look for.
Keep in mind avoid making website that take you 30 minutes to set up. Why? You may ask? Well because the better looking the websites are for the customers the more chances of them to recommend you to their partners, friends and family who also need a website done. If your website wont turn out to great then they wont even bother to recommend you to anyone, So if you are going to do it, Do it right!
You should also start putting up a portfolio together so if your future customers would like to see some of your previous work before handing out their hard earned money you will have something to show them from your portfolio. So having a portfolio is a must to avoid losing would be customers. There is no need to fill up your portfolio in a short period of time because the more clients you will have the bigger your portfolio should get. If you beleive you may have some not so good website designs do not add them to your portfolio. I personally add only my best work to my website portfolio to avoid getting my customers discouraged from purchasing from me.
After that is done, be ready to start couting your cash, and watch the money roll in.
